\r\nUnderstand the Electronic Check Payment Method<\/span>\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nin-C<\/font>®<\/span><\/sup><\/b> is a Software as a Service (Saas) subscription<\/b> and payment is fulfilled by pre-authorized recurring electronic payment via electronic check<\/b>. Your organization's financial officer should be comfortable with electronic payment before signing up<\/u><\/b><\/em>. \r\nUnderstand how Cancellation Works<\/span>\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nDURING THE SETUP PERIOD:<\/b> To signup, your organization's financial officer authorizes payment with the Initial Signup Payments Authorization Form<\/em><\/b><\/font> (see this form)<\/em><\/b><\/a> for the One-time flat setup fee<\/em><\/b><\/font> and First month's subscription payment<\/em><\/b><\/font>, to be collected at 3 setup benchmark intervals explained in the FAQs section<\/em><\/b><\/a>. If you were you to change your mind during setup for any reason, you are free to cancel before the 2nd or 3rd payments are exchanged. \r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\nDURING FIRST 6 MONTHS:<\/b> During the first 6 months of subscription service may be cancelled for any reason before 5 business days<\/b> from the first of the next upcoming service month.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n

\r\nAFTER FIRST 6 MONTHS:<\/b> After the first 6 months, your organization commits to a 6 month renewal term to continue the subscription, and each following 6 month term renews automatically every 6 months unless cancelled before 14 business days<\/b> from the next 6 month term. \r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n
