Step-by-Step Signup Guide


Complete and sign the Initial Signup Payments Authorization Form (see this sample form) which authorizes electronic check payments of the full One-time flat setup fee (varies, based on $49.99 per church/worshipping community, exchanged in 2 partial 70%/30% payments) and the First month's subscription payment ($400). This form also specifies your organization's electronic payment method and billing contact.

Provide all helpful data exports of your existing data to us. We will work with you on this effort to maximize the benefits for your initial in-C® setup. We will import all of the people and organizations (including churches) that you're able to provide, including their associated phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses, and other details wherever possible. (You can also add people and organizations yourself using built-in in-C® functions. We'll help you set up your initial roles, categorized into role groups, and you can always add more using built-in in-C® functions. We'll help you set up your initial committees, and you can always add new ones. Once all of this new data is available in your login, it's easy for you to use in-C®'s built-in functions to build role relationships complete with start and end dates between people and organizations and/or committees. Building these relationships yourself provides an opportunity to familiarize yourself with in-C®, and create new "good data" in your database where you may have had inaccurate, redundant, or insufficient data before.

We collect payment for 70% of the one-time flat setup fee to begin importing your organization's data into in-C® (a payment receipt is emailed to your billing contact). Once data is provided for import, we can soon provide (typically 7-10 days) an in-C® login to review the progress. This working in-C® login is made available BEFORE the monthly subscription payments begin (see step 7).

We continue to manually import your data and make any customizations to features or functions that will best serve your organization. We will notify you when your data is ready enough for you to begin concurrently building role relationships between your people, organizations, and committees.

Upon completion of setup work (goal is less than 1 month), we collect payment for the remaining 30% of the one-time flat setup fee (a payment receipt is emailed to your billing contact).

The organization is provided their unique in-C® login(s) if not already provided. The organization is also provided the Recurring Monthly Payments Authorization Form (see this form) to complete and sign to automatically continue monthly service at the ongoing subscription rate of $400/mo (charged on the first of every month) unless service is cancelled.

We collect payment for the first month's subscription payment ($400) on the first day of the *NEXT* full month following the completion of initial manual database import and setup (authorized by the Initial Signup Payments Authorization Form - see this form).
