Understand the Electronic Check Payment Method
in-C® is a Software as a Service (Saas) subscription and payment is fulfilled by pre-authorized recurring electronic payment via electronic check. Your organization's financial officer should be comfortable with electronic payment before signing up. See the FAQs section and the Payment Authorization Forms examples in the Docs section for more details.

Understand how Cancellation Works
DURING THE SETUP PERIOD: To signup, your organization's financial officer authorizes payment with the Initial Signup Payments Authorization Form (see this form) for the One-time flat setup fee and First month's subscription payment, to be collected at 3 setup benchmark intervals explained in the FAQs section. If you were you to change your mind during setup for any reason, you are free to cancel before the 2nd or 3rd payments are exchanged.
DURING FIRST 6 MONTHS: During the first 6 months of subscription service may be cancelled for any reason before 5 business days from the first of the next upcoming service month.
AFTER FIRST 6 MONTHS: After the first 6 months, your organization commits to a 6 month renewal term to continue the subscription, and each following 6 month term renews automatically every 6 months unless cancelled before 14 business days from the next 6 month term.
*Monthly Service subscription payments are billed automatically by recurring electronic payment on the first of every month using the payment method specified on the Recurring Monthly Payments Authorization Form (see this form) unless cancelled within the timeframes specified above.
